Tips for Installing

  • Do not remove the application tape or the backing paper from the numbers
  • Tack the strip of numbers into place using a piece of masking take at the left and right side
  • Once the strip is in position run a long piece of tape vertically through center of the strip
  • Lift up the left side of the strip and gently peel away the the backing tape exposing the adhesive side of the numbers.
  • Cut away the loose backing paper
  • Using the squeegee or a credit card working from the center to the left side firmly squeegee the numbers to the hull through the application paper
  • Repeat this process with the right side
  • Now squeegee the entire strip
  • Gently peel the application paper pulling it back over top itself slowly (do not pull away from the letters at a 90 degree angle)
  • Pop any air bubbled with an xacto knife and work the air out with your finger tips.
